I discontinued this project because it just doesn't seem like it could be useful in any real-life scenario, due to the bandwidth cost of uploading chat logs to users. It is a functional program with no known bugs. I have turned my attentions to DirectNet and OBLISK

OK, here's the installation documentation. I'm not positive that this is the final format - the layout, etc, might change, though I'm moderately sure that the contents won't.
